Do I have to install anything?
No. CampusMonkey opens in the browser on any phone or computer, and can be added to the home screen so it opens like an app. The apps in the stores are the same thing, with alerts on the lock screen.
How do parents sign in?
With the mobile number the school has on record. A code is sent by SMS — there is no password to remember.
My number isn’t recognised. What do I do?
Ask the school office to check the mobile number on your child’s record. Only numbers the school has added can sign in.
How do teachers and staff sign in?
With the school’s code and the sign-in the school gave them — the same one they use on a computer.
