Yes. Every feature of the plan you choose, for 12 months from the day your school is set up, at no cost. There is no card to enter and no advance to pay. SMS and WhatsApp messages are the one thing paid for as you use them, because they cost us per message.

We remind you before they end. Your first bill is for the plan you chose when you started — yearly, or half-yearly — paid per student from then. If you’d rather not carry on, tell us before it is due, and we give you a complete copy of all your data.

By the students on your roll. Your plan covers a number of students agreed at the start of the year. If admissions reach that number, the office sees a message and we raise the limit with you — nothing already in CampusMonkey is switched off.

Setting up a school and supporting its office takes the same work whatever its size, so each plan has a smallest amount a month, shown with each plan above.

Against a proper invoice — once a year, or every six months, as you choose — online, or by bank transfer, UPI or cheque. If your school deducts TDS, that is accepted against the invoice; just send us the certificate.

Messages are sent from prepaid credits on any plan, so you pay only for what you send. We tell you the current rates when you ask for a top-up.

A school that pays for the year saves us the work of billing it twice, so we pass that on: yearly costs less a student than half-yearly. When the period ends you renew at the same price — it doesn’t jump — or switch.

Yes, whenever you need to — talk to us and we’ll move you to the plan that fits. You can also change how long you pay for, from Settings in CampusMonkey; it applies from your next invoice.
